                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM
                   ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
                   WORKS TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH LOJAC, INC.
                   FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TWO STRUCTURAL STEEL
                   CANTILEVER SIGN STRUCTURES AND MULTIPLE
                   PANEL SIGNS ON SOUTH BROAD STREET FOR AN
                   AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND
                   EIGHT HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Interim Administrator of the
       Department of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute 

       a Contract with Lojac, Inc. for the installation of two 
structural
       steel cantilever sign structures and multiple panel signs on 
South
       Broad Street for an amount not to exceed $31,800.00.
